Bolderstream reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our Services with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Services.

While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that these outputs will be error-free or suitable for every use case. You are responsible for validating any AI-generated content before relying on it for business purposes.

c) Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not be entitled to a refund for any prepaid fees. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve (12) months for the Services.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
